What we collect
When you use en-doradobet.com and its related services, we may collect: identity information (name, date of birth, DNI number, address, nationality), contact information (email, phone), account credentials, payment information (processed by regulated payment providers and never stored in full on our servers), device and connection information (IP address, browser type, operating system), and behavioural data (pages viewed, session duration, funnel drop-off).
How we use your information
- To provide, secure, personalise and improve the service
- To meet regulatory obligations under Peru's Law 31557 and MINCETUR requirements including KYC and anti-money-laundering
- To perform electronic identity verification against Peru's RENIEC national registry
- To detect fraud, protect minors and enforce responsible gambling limits

Sharing
We share personal data only with: licensed payment processors including Yape, PLIN and major Peruvian banks; identity verification providers connected to RENIEC; MINCETUR and other regulatory authorities where legally compelled; and infrastructure providers operating under strict data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure in order to satisfy anti-money-laundering and MINCETUR regulatory obligations. Marketing consent data is retained only until you withdraw consent.
Security
All traffic is encrypted end-to-end using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted by role-based access control with mandatory hardware two-factor authentication for staff. All privileged access is logged and independently audited.
Your rights
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 29733) you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure where legally permitted, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (ANPDP).
